A Face-lift for Our Help Center

By Robert Roseberg 03 October 2019

We’ve made some changes to our Help Center! You can check out the new look here!

Our Help Center is, of course, where you can find tutorials, example models and articles to help you out with OnScale, no matter whether you’re new to our software or an advanced user. It’s also the home of our forum.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the improvements we’ve made.

Navigation Menu

We’ve reorganized the articles in our Help Center to make things easier to find. We’ve also added a new responsive navigation menu, so no matter whether you’re on a desktop, tablet or mobile, navigating the Help Center is now easier than ever before!

Styling Improvements

We’ve added a bit more color to our articles, and a bit more white space, and we think it’s made a big difference. We hope you do too!

New Home Page and Landings Pages

We’ve revamped the home page, and we’ve also added new landing pages for each of the three workspaces: Designer, Analyst and Post Processor.

These changes are mainly aimed at new users. We want to make it as easy as possible to get going with OnScale.

Beginner’s Tutorial

Talking about new users … we’ve added a new beginner’s tutorial! This tutorial is targeted at first-time users. It’ll walk you through creating your first model in Designer, introducing you to the interface and workflow as you go.

If you’re new to OnScale, we invite you to give it a shot!

And That’s Just the Start!

As always, we’re going to continue adding new content to the Help Center. We’ve also got a few ideas for further improvements we’d like to make. Make sure to check in regularly!
