OnScale Solve is our new cloud engineering simulation platform that is powerful yet easy-to-use. OnScale Solve was built for engineers by engineers but is still a work in progress, so we have created this guide to getting help and submitting feedback.
Documentation
The first port of call for getting answers to your problems is our documentation. Here you will find:
- Capabilities of the application
- Walkthrough of the UI
- Simulation tutorials
For people who are beginners to OnScale Solve, the best resources are listed below:
- Introduction video – learn about the software and how you can benefit from it
- Getting started video – guided tour of the software, from login to simulation
- Introductory webinar – in depth overview about the software with demo
Forum
We have created a Community Forum where users can share their knowledge or get help from engineers at OnScale. If you have any questions about the software, whether it be a specific problem or a more general question, post it on our forum so that others with similar issues/questions can use it as a knowledge base. Our engineers keep a close eye on questions and usually reply in 24 hours. Also, if you have feedback on the software or have features you would like to see implemented that would help in your application area, please get in touch here. We take all feedback into account and plan this into our roadmap, so make sure to let us know what you want to see coming soon.
Support
If you have any simulation failures in OnScale Solve, a member of our support team will reach out to you to help you understand the issue. If you have had a failure but no one has reached out, feel free to bring this to our attention on the forum.
Discord
We also have a Discord channel, where you can get live help from our engineers.
All the methods of getting help can be found in the application under the icon at the top right of the dashboard for easy access. We are here to help, so please get in touch with any questions.
