We’ve created some simulation tutorials to help you quickly start simulating in OnScale Solve. You’ll find examples for both mechanical and thermal analysis, check them all out here!
These guides are the perfect tool for beginners to OnScale Solve. Simply select your simulation tutorial and follow the instructions!
Create an OnScale Solve Account to Get Started
Before getting started simulating models, you’ll need to register for an OnScale Solve account. But don’t worry, it’s free! Just follow that link and enter your details to sign up.
Tutorials
Each tutorial includes a CAD file and step-by-step instructions on how to design an FEA model and run a simulation. The tutorials cover a variety of problems, from stress analysis on a bicycle frame to thermal analysis on a printed circuit board.
You can run these tutorials using the 500 free core-hours given with the Solve subscription.
What is a Core-Hour? A Core-Hour (CH) is a measurement of computational time. If you run one CPU for one hour, that equals one Core-Hour.
Additional Information
If you’ve gone through your simulation tutorial and want more information on what can be done in OnScale Solve, check out our release highlights.
Or if you have any questions please feel free to get in touch via our forum.
There’s More to Come!
This is just the beginning! We’re planning to expand our library of simulation tutorials to cover more areas of design and manufacturing problems. Keep an eye out for more tutorials coming soon!
