There can’t be anything more irritating than getting an error in the middle of your work. However, not knowing why is even worse. We have prepared a few tips and a dedicated Help Center articles to help you tackle these errors and get you back up and running with OnScale.
1. Ensure you have the latest software version
Ensure you have the latest version of the software as the issue you are be facing has been already resolved. Make sure you sign-up for our Weekly Newsletter to get notified about most recent Software Update. Remember: The newest version of OnScale is available for download from our user Portal.
2. Check if someone else has got the same issue
Here is a list of Common Errors reported by users that you can find in our Help Center. You can also check our Community Forum to either search for an answer there or start a new thread. Our dedicated engineering team will be happy to help.
3. Read our Help Manual
If an error occurs at a symbol command we have OnScale Help Manual to ensure the syntax is correct for that command. This can be accessed via the Help button in the Help tab of the ribbon from the OnScale Software’s interface.
